調べて見たら いなり寿司の歴史は古く江戸時代にまで遡る
江戸時代末期に江戸時代後期の三都（江戸・京都・大阪）の風俗事物を説明した
一種の類書として書かれた守貞謾稿に初めて稲荷寿司が登場 当時から安価で
美味しく 庶民に愛される味で 手軽な食べ物として人気を博した
いなり寿司は地域によって形や味が異なり 特に東西で違いが見られる
関東では俵型で濃口醤油で甘辛く煮た油揚げに 白飯や具なしの酢飯を
詰めることが多い 一方関西では三角形で 薄口醤油で薄味に煮た油揚げに
椎茸や人参などの具材入りの酢飯を詰めることが多い
んなら発祥はどこか？有力な説がある
